Joan A. Dempsey is a Senior Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton where she lead's intelligence business. Prior to this she lead intelligence efforts with the Department of Homeland Security and Office of the Director of National Intelligence. She has served as the Deputy Director of Central Intelligence for Community Management under the Clinton Administration and the Executive Director of the President's Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board under the Bush Administration. Prior to that she spent 17 years in the Department of Defense, in a variety of positions. She has received the Security Affairs Support Association William O. Baker Award, the National Intelligence Medal of Achievement, the Intelligence Community Seal Medallion, the Distinguished Civilian Service Award from the Secretary of Defense, and the American University Roger W. Jones Award for Executive Leadership.
